I started baking at an early age after watching my grandmother bake her specialty items like 7Up pound cake, sweet potato pie, and pear cobbler. She didn't have written recipes so you had to really watch and pay attention to what she was doing. My first endeavor to make one of her specialties was sweet potato pie. It turned out fantastic and I still use the same recipe to this day.
Quality in, quality out. I only use the tastiest ingredients, and most recipes have been put to the test numerous times to ensure the highest quality. The goal is to give you that homemade baked good experience that you just can't find at a commercial grocery store and bring back all the warm memories of eating home baked goods as a child.
Counting calories? For a small upcharge, you can have healthier substitutions to suit your lifestyle. Sugar-free cake? No problem. Gluten-free diet? Sure. Just ask for the possibility of changing how an item is made and I'll let you know if it's a feasible option.
