The items you see on this menu are not an exhaustive list of things I can make. If you have a hankering for something that is not on this menu, please tell me and I will let you know if it is in my wheelhouse or not. I am not a professional baker or pastry chef; I did not go to school for this. What I do comes from the love of baking at home for many years.
I am not a fan of making cut-out sugar cookies. They are extremely labor-intensive and I would most certainly have to charge extra for them, but if you must have them, we can talk about it.
MY VIEWS ON FONDANT: While fondant cakes and decorations look beautiful, they are labor-intensive and, more importantly, do not taste very good, in my humble opinion. Therefore, I do not even bother with fondant. I can be rather creative with buttercream frosting, as you can see in some of my gallery pictures. If you are looking for a complex cake of different shapes with fondant, bells, and whistles, you are looking in the WRONG place. I would rather you call a professional storefront bakery.
I baked & displayed for a baby shower: Cookies n' Creme, Banana Nut, Lemon & Chocolate Peanut Butter
